Membership
Subject to the By-Laws of Softball Newfoundland and Labrador a member shall include the following:
- Any affiliated league or team duly registered with Softball Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Executive member or official appointed or elected to the Board of Directors of Softball Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Any league member, be it an executive member, coach or player in good standing with the association.
- Any umpire or game official duly registered and in good standing with the association.
Being in good standing with the association shall be defined as having all dues paid and not being under suspension or expulsion by the association, Softball Canada or an affiliated league.

For a Community or a Team looking to participate in a Provincial Tournament, they are to be assessed an association fee of $200.00 per tournament.
When a community or team affiliates in two provincial tournaments the above table shall apply.
Note:
A) The Maximum Association Fee is Not to exceed $1300.00
B) Each Association is to be invoiced annually based on the previous years registration.
